Cretan wild herbs. The Greek Island of Crete is very rich in aromatic plants. It posseses a dry and sunny soil that allows all kinds of plants to thrive in the wild: thyme, basil, sage, rosemary, oregano, marjoram. These herbs wnderfully scent the hills and fields of the entire island. After harvest, they are mixed according to an ancient recipe. The association of these powerful scents tickles the nose and the subtle balance of their warm and spicy scents makes our food sing! This delicious mix, carefully dosed, will bring sun and a Mediterranean ambiance to your food! Comment: This is an excellent product. It is the main herb spice I use...I've been to Crete, and returned with herbs which took me a year to use...then I found this product, and I use it all the time - for soups, salads, barbequing and roasting meats, chicken, etc.
